Shawn Souders was an active duty United States Marine for 22 years and spent over half that time deployed to multiple countries around the world. Shawn was awarded multiple distinguished commendations, Presidential citations, and a purple heart for wounds received during combat operations while on active duty. Shawn will tell you that he has been fortunate on his adventures around the globe to have met individuals who come from a wide variety of cultures and lifestyles. Although each individual is different, they all had something in common.... Quality of life goals for them or their families and to have something that would be called theirs. Shawn has negotiated all kinds of deals while in the Marines and begins all of his transactions the same way. By listening, having an open honest dialog, and putting his clients first to understand their homeownership goals. The thing Shawn loves most about this industry is helping others sell a home or expand with a new home purchase as their journey takes them down new paths in life.
