Brad started his real estate career in 2011, as a part time real estate investor wholesaling and flipping residential real estate, while maintaining a full time career as sales manager in the tech industry of a regional sales team.  After taking several courses about investing, at the same time growing more and more facinated by the real estate industry as a whole, Brad decided to get his real estate sales license and jumped in full time as an agent in 2014.  

Over Brad's 10+ years in the industry, he has continued to learn and grow his real estate industry knowledge, while bringing his consultative sales approach and knack for improving operations to create the best client experience. Always looking to grow in some way, Brad is obsessed with growing the team to help as many clients as possible to make their real estate dreams a reality. 

Co-Founding Eagles Homes LLC with his business partner, Vince Devall, the two continue to push each other for personal growth along with striving to make Eagle Homes brokered by eXp Realty, LLC a place where agents can thrive and clients can have top a level experience. 

Brad has been married to his wife Andrea, for more than twenty years and they have one daughter.  They currently reside in Burlington, WI with future plans to spend part of the year in their future Cape Coral, FL home where Brad and Vince will add the third state where Eagle Homes operates along with our current states of Wisconsin and Illinois. Brad is not working, you'll either find him enjoying summer days and nights boating with friends and family, or trying to beat Vince and his other friends on the golf course.
